Archived video and audio webcast of public webcast events would be made available as soon as possible upon conclusion of the event and are only are available for thirty (30) days following the meeting date. Please follow the instructions below to view an archived webcast.

Instructions to view an archived webcast:

(i) Click this link for the archived webcast events.

(ii) Please enter the user name and password provided in the respective events webpages or in other form of communication, such as via email.

 b) You may encounter a security warning from Internet Explorer as shown in the pop-up message as shown below, please click “Continue to this website (not recommended)”

c) You are advised NOT to change the password after you have logged in to ensure a successful webcast experience with us.

d) To view archive webcasts

(i) Click Media>Archives in the menu bar at the top of the page (as showed in diagram below, 1), alternatively click the “Archives” link in the Navigation Bar (as showed in diagram below, 2).

(ii) Select meeting/presentation to be viewed by “left click” your mouse (as showed in diagram below, 3). (If the list is empty, please wait a few minutes for it to be populated before proceeding to select)

(iii) You may choose to view the webcast at either 256 Kbps or 512 Kbps bandwidth (as shown in diagram below,4). Please wait for the webcast to be launched.
