User Guidance
a) After clicking “View Webcast”, you will be able to see a login window displayed as shown below. The login details are as follow:

b) You may encounter a security warning from Internet Explorer as shown in the pop-up message as shown below, please click “Continue to this website (not recommended)”
c) You are advised NOT to change the password after you have logged in to ensure a successful webcast experience with us.
d) To view a live webcast
(i) Click Media>Live Streaming in the menu bar at the top of the page (as showed in diagram below, 1), alternatively click the “Live Streaming” link in the Navigation Bar (as showed in diagram below, 2).
(ii) Select meeting/presentation to be viewed by “left click” your mouse (as showed in diagram below, 3). (If the list is empty, please wait a few minutes for it to be populated before proceeding to select)
(iii) You may choose to view the live webcast at either 256 Kbps or 512 Kbps bandwidth (as shown in diagram below,4). Please wait for the live webcast to be launched.
